Lincolnwood Foodie Fest will provide a platform for local restaurants like yours to showcase your culinary talents and signature dishes to the community at large. Not only will you have the opportunity to delight the taste buds of our attendees, but you’ll also gain valuable exposure for your business and forge meaningful relationships.
Event proceeds will go to The Education Foundation to develop, acquire and distribute financial assistance and other resources to support Niles Township students in need. Other proceeds will go to the Lincolnwood Chamber of Commerce to support initiatives for local businesses.

Date: Thursday, September 4, 2025
Where: District 1860, Village Green Area | 7215 District Ave. Lincolnwood
Serving Time: 5:30pm – 8:30pm, Setup: 4:00pm, Breakdown: 8:30pm
What to Bring to Foodie Fest:
✔ Brand ambassador and serving attendant
✔ Samples for 300+ guests
✔ Warming/chafing dishes
✔ Decorations for your table
✔ Menus for your establishment
✔ Ice, if needed
✔ Tablecloth, serving utensils, and all place-settings and cutlery
Vendors will be provided with a tent, one 8-foot table and two chairs.
